We want you to be confident when you choose ManageMyClaw. If it’s not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back. Here’s exactly how refunds work — no fine print, no runaround.
Setup Services (Starter, Pro, Business)
100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of deployment. No questions asked.
If you’re not satisfied with your OpenClaw setup for any reason, email us within 7 days of your deployment date and we’ll refund your full setup fee. No hoops to jump through.
How it works
- Email managemyclaw@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Tell us what didn’t work or why it wasn’t a good fit (optional, but it helps us improve).
- We process your refund within 5 business days.
That’s it. The refund goes back to the original payment method via Stripe.
The 7-day window starts from when your agent goes live — not from when you purchased. If there’s a delay in deployment (rare, but it happens), your 7 days don’t start ticking until you have a running agent.
Managed Care
Cancel anytime. 30-day notice. No cancellation fees.
Managed Care is billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts, no annual commitments, and no cancellation penalties.
How to cancel
- Email managemyclaw@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Managed Care.”
- Your cancellation takes effect 30 days from the date of your email.
- You’ll continue to receive full Managed Care services during the 30-day notice period.
- After cancellation, your agent keeps running on your infrastructure — we just stop monitoring, patching, and supporting it.
Managed Care months that have already been billed aren’t refunded. If you cancel on March 10, your current month (already billed on March 1) isn’t refunded, and your service continues through April 9.
What’s NOT Refundable
Some costs are paid directly to third-party providers and aren’t controlled by ManageMyClaw:
- VPS hosting fees — Billed by your hosting provider (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, etc.), not by us. Contact them directly for hosting refunds.
- AI model API costs — Tokens consumed by your AI model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) are billed by them, not by us. These costs are incurred as your agent runs and can’t be recovered.
- Domain registration fees — If you purchased a domain as part of your setup, that’s handled by the registrar.
We’re transparent about these costs during the purchase process so there are no surprises.
SLA Credits (Managed Care Customers)
If we miss our 99.5% monthly uptime target, you receive pro-rated credits applied to your next Managed Care invoice. SLA credits are separate from refunds — they’re automatic and don’t require you to ask.
Uptime excludes customer-caused outages, upstream AI model provider downtime, and third-party service outages (e.g., Gmail API is down).
